Frequently asked questions

How do I start my free trial?+

Open the app, sign in with Apple, and tap Start Free Trial on the welcome screen. You get 7 days free before your Apple ID is charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → PetLinkID → Cancel Subscription. On Mac, open the App Store → click your name → View Information → Manage under Subscriptions. Deleting the app alone does not cancel the subscription.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?+

In the app, open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

My data isn't syncing between devices+

Check that iCloud is signed in and iCloud Drive is enabled in System Settings on both devices. PetLinkID uses your personal iCloud, so both devices must be on the same Apple ID.

How do I delete my account?+

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from your device and iCloud and cannot be undone.

I'm having trouble signing in+

Make sure Sign in with Apple is enabled in System Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security. If issues persist, email support@petlinkid.io.

Is my pet data private?+

Yes. All data is stored in your personal iCloud account. We don't operate servers, and we cannot see your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
